재료;홍어물렁뼈1마리,홍어애,두부,미나리,두부,새송이버섯,파,
양념;굵은고춧가루2큰술,고운고춧가루2큰술,다진마늘1큰술,생강즙1작은술,소금
두부는 도톰하게 썰어 준비하시고 새송이버섯도 길게 잘라 준비하세요.
미나리와파는 굵직하게 썰어놓으시면 되요.
